Weekend and Workout

Assalamualaikum

Plain weekend (minggu ke-6) yang amat plain and monochrome mode datang lagi! Weekend ni pun sama seperti weekend 6 minggu yang lepas. Struggle gile nak get back to love life routine. Grrr..



Sebut pasal workout ramai yang cari [Cara Squat Dengan Betul]. Have fun with squat! Dapat sexy butt kalau rajin buat. Huhu.. Btw, workout plan dah dah ready tapi nak fokus dengan cardio dulu before fokus kat lower and upper body semua. Esok masih belum pasti ke mana arah tuju. Sendiri.. He's toooooooooo busy right now. Cube faham walau pun kadang kala tak faham. Tangan gatal nak ke Sephora nak grab a few stuff tapi macam tak best pulak sorang-sorang. 

So I'm gonna spent my me time dengan moview, talkshows and update data base je weekend ni. Workout next week baru start. Nak gain weight and bagi fit balik badan.. Kata physical trainer 'nak losing weight senang, tapi gain weight sangat susah'. Bagi saya sendiri memang betul apa yang PT ni cakap. Kalian rasa? My POV towards Malaysian especially significant other, they easily gain weight tapi susah nak losing weight cuz some of them percaya the power of pill. Sebab saya ada pengalaman hidup dengan kawan-kawan yang nak losing weight, makan pil but at the same time makan fast food and end up with nothing!

The best way are workout and consume healthy food naturally..So we will get healthy and nice body..:)
